TWO BEDROOMS

Our carriage unit Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) provide a fantastic option that enables you to retain your garage while incorporating additional living space above it. Featuring studio and one-bedroom floor plans constructed atop a two-car garage, as well as a more spacious two-bedroom ADU floor plan above a three-car garage, our carriage unit ADUs span from 400 sq ft to 1,000 sq ft. Additionally, you have the flexibility to choose between an internal or external staircase design.

THREE BEDROOM


Our largest floor plans include three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, available in both one and two-story options. Featuring open-concept living, kitchen, and dining spaces, a spacious master bedroom with in-suite bathroom, and ample secondary bedrooms, these plans are ideal for homeowners needing more ADU space or investors seeking to maximize rental income. Approximately 1,200 square
feet, these plans offer generous living areas for diverse needs.
